Christoph A. Kahl
Principal
Mr. Kahl, born 1954, is one of the two founding partners of JAMESTOWN, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Kahl also founded JAMESTOWN US-Immobilien GmbH in Cologne, Germany. Residing in Cologne and frequently traveling to the United States, Mr. Kahl continues to serve as Managing Partner of both sister companies. As Chairman of the company’s investment committee, Mr. Kahl leads the acquisition, asset management and disposition discussions. He serves as Treasurer of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and on several advisory committees. Mr. Kahl received the Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Cologne in 1977 and has specialized in U.S. real estate for more than thirty years.

Matt M. Bronfman
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bronfman graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Tufts University in 1988. He attended law school at Northwestern University graduating magna cum laude in 1991. Mr. Bronfman began his law practice at what is now Holland & Knight in Atlanta, specializing in real estate development and acquisitions. He joined JAMESTOWN in 1998 as General Counsel working with the Acquisitions and Management departments. In 2002, Mr. Bronfman was named a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, serving as the President of JAMESTOWN Properties, the parent company. In 2012, Mr. Bronfman was named Chief Executive Officer, and continues to serve as the President of JAMESTOWN Properties.

Michael Phillips
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Phillips joined JAMESTOWN after
spending 20 years as a successful real
estate entrepreneur and developer, both
nationally and internationally. Recognized for his ability to create sophisticated mixed-use districts, Mr. Phillips is the recipient of both the 2010 Urban Land Institute “Development of Excellence” award for Atlanta’s White Provision and the Urban Design Commission award for the Westside Urban Market development, also in Atlanta, and is the creative leader behind the renowned Chelsea Market in New York City. He also is
responsible for establishing the vision and execution strategy, which includes overseeing the merchandising, leasing, branding and marketing for JAMESTOWN's real estate projects. He attended the
American University in London and in
addition to his other community activities,
serves on the board of the James Beard
Foundation. Mr. Phillips is President of
JAMESTOWN Realty Company and was
named Chief Operating Officer in 2012.

D. Lee Wright, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Wright received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of West Georgia in 1984. After becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 1986, Mr. Wright went on to become a Partner with the accounting firm of Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC, where he served as Chairman of the Executive Committee. During his 20 years in public accounting, Mr. Wright’s practice focused on real estate, construction and closely-held/family-owned commercial businesses. He joined JAMESTOWN in 2002 as a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer and currently serves as President of JAMESTOWN Commercial Management Company and JAMESTOWN Tax Services. In 2012, Mr. Wright was also named the Chief Compliance Officer for JAMESTOWN Properties.

Melanie K. Milburn
Managing Director, Tax
Ms. Milburn received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with high honors from the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting in 1983. She was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to moving to Atlanta in 1995, Ms. Milburn served as Tax Manager and Tax Partner in charge of international taxation for a CPA firm in Orlando, Florida. She joined JAMESTOWN in 1997 as Tax Manager and was named the Managing Director of Tax in 2012.

Gretchen E. Nagy
Managing Director, General Council
Ms. Nagy received a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University and attended law school at Duke University. In addition, Ms. Nagy completed a year of post-graduate work at the University of Munich where she was a Fulbright Scholar. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and prior to joining JAMESTOWN, she was Senior Counsel with the law firm of Holland & Knight. Ms. Nagy joined JAMESTOWN in 2007 as General Counsel and in 2012 was named Managing Director.

Matt Rendle
Managing Director, Asset Management
Mr. Rendle received a Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College in 1994 and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2001. He is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Prior to joining JAMESTOWN, he was an Associate in the Acquisitions Department of Wells Real Estate Funds. In 2006, Mr. Rendle joined JAMESTOWN as an Associate in the Acquisitions and Asset Management groups, and was named Managing Director of Asset Management in 2012.
