Jamestown, a privately-owned, well-capitalized institution, was founded in 1983 and currently owns such iconic buildings as One Times Square and Chelsea Market in New York City, in addition to other premier real estate assets in major markets across the United States.  In total, Jamestown currently has over $3.1 billion in assets under management in its portfolio and employs a team of over 200 U.S. professionals.  The company is managed out of Jamestown’s U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, with offices in New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.  To date, Jamestown has syndicated 26 core funds and 5 opportunity funds, for which it has raised approximately $4 billion in equity.  Together these funds have acquired over 80 properties encompassing over 25 million square feet.
