A mixed-use project consisting of two buildings with a total of 430,000 rentable square feet, located near Union Square, at the intersection of Fourth and Market, adjacent to the Westfield San Francisco Centre. The office building is 100 percent leased, primarily to Macy’s. Other tenants include The Container Store, Old Navy’s San Francisco flagship store and Kimpton’s boutique hotel, Hotel Palomar.
