One West Victory

124,000-square foot infill redevelopment project located in Savannah, Georgia, scheduled for completion in summer 2014 . One West Victory will include 114 LEED-Certified student apartment homes, and will transform two late-19th century buildings into a thriving restaurant location with a rooftop space and a residential amenity building including a fitness center, leasing office, study hall and student lounge.
