Formerly a Sears, Roebuck & Co and the largest brick building in the Southeastern United States, Ponce City Market is a historic ten story, 2.1 million square-foot structure. Jamestown plans to restore the building as a mixed-use development housing first-in-class office, retail and residential spaces.
