    Managing Director, General Counsel

    Noah Peeters is a Managing Director and General Counsel at Jamestown.  Prior to joining Jamestown in 2012, Mr. Peeters practiced in the real estate and capital markets group at King & Spalding LLP.  He graduated with honors from Williams College with a degree in Art, and attended law school at the University of Georgia.

  • Jana Nawrocki

    Director, Chief Compliance Officer

    Jana Nawrocki is a Director and the Chief Compliance Officer in the Legal and Risk Management Department at Jamestown.  Prior to joining Jamestown in 2010, Ms. Nawrocki worked in the acquisition and corporate finance departments of Reynolds Companies, a residential community developer.  She began her career at ACE USA as a corporate casualty underwriter.  Ms. Nawrocki holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, CPCU, designation.  She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance.

  • Amber Murray

    Director, Deputy General Counsel

    Amber Murray is a Director and the Deputy General Counsel of Jamestown.  She joined the firm in 2013 as Counsel with a focus on portfolio management and capital markets transactions.  Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Murray practiced in the real estate and capital markets group at King & Spalding LLP.  Ms. Murray graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a Master of Arts in Hispanic Language and Cultures from New York University.  She attended law school at Georgetown University Law Center.

  • Gretchen E. Nagy

    Senior Corporate Counsel

    Gretchen E. Nagy is Senior Corporate Counsel at Jamestown.  She served as Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer at Jamestown until December 2018.  Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Nagy was a Partner with Branch, Pike, & Ganz and later was Senior Counsel with the law firm Holland & Knight.  She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.  Ms. Nagy graduated Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University and attended law school at Duke University.  She completed a year of post-graduate work at the University of Munich as a Fulbright Scholar.
