Core Funds
Jamestown has built its reputation on a stellar track record investing in core properties. Our goal is to produce a stable cash flow for investors in one of two ways. The first is through the acquisition of properties with existing long-term leases to credit tenants. Jamestown also produces a stable cash flow by taking preferred equity positions in properties and giving partners an opportunity for a greater return on investment.

For core acquisitions, Jamestown seeks assets that require a minimum $100 million equity investment per transaction.

Opportunistic Funds
Jamestown is actively seeking a wide variety of deals in Sunbelt and Northeast metropolitan markets with strong fundamentals. Land, new development, repositioning opportunities and value-added acquisitions are all within Jamestown’s considerable field of experience. Recent investments have included residential, office, retail, medical and land.

For opportunistic investments, Jamestown seeks assets that require a minimum $10 million equity investment per transaction.
